    Sell Your Ideas, Projects, Programs

    Whatever your level or position in the organization, you can influence decision makers and develop credibility. This highly participative session helps you to deal effectively with your boss, colleagues, team members, committee members, subordinates, legislators, even your local PTA. Learn to gain acceptance for your ideas, projects, and programs. This session helps you to develop the strategy to use in any attempt to influence. Learn the “velcro effect." Use the “platinum rule” to be effective on the job and in relationships. Prepare your communication to reach decision maker of diverse temperaments. Persuade the decision maker to become self-persuading. Rehearse for your back home influence conference and gain valuable feedback.

    • Action Planning for On Site Application
