Having owned the Hip Hook and the Thrival Wave, the Thrival Wave is the clear winner. It hits all of the problem areas for any desk worker. I’m a golfer and this has helped improve my mobility before playing too! Do yourself a favor and get the additional attachments. Worth the money.

The Thrival Wave is impressive. I have always had a hard time getting into the psoas area of the hip and after using it for two days, the stiffness was alleviated by at least 50%, and that was after two days. I look forward to using this regularly.

Worked for me

Wow - love this thing. I have been struggling with back pain for years, especially in the mornings. First time I used this on my glutes, the tension all released and my pain was significantly released. In fact, it worked so well, that I have only had to use it once or twice over the month I've had it. Pain is not eliminated, but greatly reduced

A no brainer

I've tried multiple psoas/muscle recovery products and this is by far the best. Adjustability is huge and so is being able to break it down and take it with on the move. This has single handedly saved my hips and back. Can't reccomend enough!

Totally surprised

I have horrible, aching, nagging hip and sciatic pain. Figured I would try this but did not give it much weight. I did the psoas and iliacus positions and instantly had relief. I could actually walk up the stairs with 90% less pain and tightness after just one stretch session. I cannot wait to try all the other positions.
